About these terms

These terms govern your use of www.zakorienterprise.com, operated by Zakori Enterprise, a Pakistan-based procurement and export coordination business. By using the site you accept them.

Our role

We are an independent exporter and procurement coordinator. We source from Pakistani suppliers and manufacturers and take ownership of the order through to the agreed delivery point. We do not manufacture or process goods ourselves, and we do not own mines, processing facilities, or warehouses.

Information on this site is indicative

Product descriptions, categories, packaging formats, and process descriptions published here are general information, not an offer capable of acceptance and not a warranty of any particular specification. Availability, achievable specification, lead time, and price depend on the supplier and the order, and are confirmed in writing per enquiry. Nothing on this site forms a contract.

Quotations, certifications, and orders

A quotation issued by us states its own validity period and terms. An order is formed only when a written quotation or proforma invoice is accepted by both parties.

Certifications such as Halal, ISO, and HACCP are held by the suppliers we source from, not by Zakori Enterprise. Where your market requires them, we identify what the selected supplier holds and pass the documentation through with the order. Which documents are available is confirmed at enquiry stage, before an order is finalised.

Trade terms

Where FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms are referenced, the applicable Incoterms edition and the allocation of cost, risk, and insurance are set out in the quotation and contract for that order. Descriptions of trade terms published on this site are educational summaries and do not vary the terms agreed for an order.

Compliance and end use

You are responsible for confirming that the goods you order may lawfully be imported into, and used in, your destination market, including any food-safety, labelling, and licensing requirements that apply there.

Site content

Text, layout, and graphics on this site belong to Zakori Enterprise unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Photographs may include stock and reference imagery that illustrates a product category rather than a specific consignment. The site is provided as-is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this site, as distinct from the terms expressly agreed for an order.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism for an individual order are those stated in the contract for that order.
