Zakori Enterprise is a Pakistan-based procurement and export coordination business. This policy covers the information handled through www.zakorienterprise.com and the trade inquiry forms on it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. When you submit a trade inquiry, that is:

• Company name and corporate website
• Contact person and corporate email address
• Product category, estimated volume, and packaging requirement
• Destination port and target delivery date
• Any additional specifications you enter

If you subscribe to updates, we collect the email address you provide. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

Inquiry details are used to respond to your enquiry, to obtain rates and product information from suppliers on your behalf, and to arrange the resulting order. To do that we share the relevant commercial details — typically product, specification, volume, packaging, and destination — with the suppliers, laboratories, inspection agents, and freight forwarders needed to quote or fulfil your requirement. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are used. It is cookieless and does not build a profile of individual visitors or track you across other websites.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting order, and afterwards where records are required for accounting, customs, or export documentation purposes. You can ask us to delete correspondence that we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you these rights; our lawful basis for handling inquiry details is the legitimate interest of responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. International transfers

We are based in Pakistan and this website is hosted outside Pakistan. Where we pass details to suppliers or freight partners in order to quote or ship your order, those parties may be located in other countries, including the destination country of the shipment.
